About the Summer Learning Journey
The Summer Learning Journey is a free digital literacy programme for students in The Manaiakalani Network of Schools. It is designed to encourage our young people to continue their literacy learning over the summer holidays. There are six weeks of activities for students to select from with a mix of reading and writing activities to Learn, Create and Share on their edublogs. All learner posts will be read and commented on by the Summer Learning Journey Commenting Team.
This kick start challenge is all about spider webs — exploring how these tiny artists create their masterpieces, and then having a go at drawing your own!
Thank you for your positive comment, we agree that this is a really fun activity!
Willow has completed the drawing and shared it on her blog, you can check it out here.
It would be awesome if you could share an activity on your blog too. You are already signed up for the Summer Learning Journey, so we will visit your blog soon to see how you go!
