The Summer Learning Journey is a free digital literacy programme for students in The Manaiakalani Network of Schools. It is designed to encourage our young people to continue their literacy learning over the summer holidays. There are six weeks of activities for students to select from with a mix of reading and writing activities to Learn, Create and Share on their edublogs. All learner posts will be read and commented on by the Summer Learning Journey Commenting Team.

Kia Ora Mrs, My name is Somya, from Wigram Primary School (Te piki Kahu)!
As the task was to make a creature whether it’s using a tool like canva, the creature maker or drawing, I decided to use the creature maker And apparently hen I click on the creature maker it comes up with “This content has been blocked from “Wigram Primary School”. Please look forward to this as I am sure that there are also other children from my school that have this blocked.

  Thank you very much for letting us know. That is a shame that the creature creator is blocked for your school; it was very similar to the dinosaur creature if you were able to access that? I am so glad that you found a solution, making your creation through Canva instead. I think that is the best solution for other students who are in the same situation as you as we can’t unblock it.
